And a charcoal sketch of trees by the river. I can manage to get some sketching done in a very small book when I head to the river with the dogs to check on sheep. I really enjoy charcoal & would like to make a whole lot more sketches – messy but fabulous to work with. There are others, but I’ll be risking boring you all to tears….

The energy and spontaneity comes through! If you like drawing with charcoal you might like the work of Kate Boucher who also has written a good book all about it.
