← Here is the ink and watercolour sketch mentioned in my last post. It’s the view from Rodborough hill. I will attempt to paint this again in oils, from memory rather than copying. Out in the hills to day sky was very dark working happily on my sketch, when the thunder started rumbling loudly, and the rain came tumbling down had to run. →

I really like the density you’ve achieved using the XL sticks Maura, very subtle colours too
