Hello. I'm new to landscape and have learnt a lot from the the colour mixing assignment. Here are some Prussian Blue mixes, which I thought might be good for the sea but I found it quite a powerful colour. There are some 'extra white' mixes at the bottom of the page. I then repeated this with Ultramarine, which was a useful comparison.

Hi Cheryl and welcome! Very nice colour mixes. Prussian Blue has its uses but it can be a bit of a thug as it’s such a strong pigment. One of the real benefits of this kind of colour mixing is that you become much more aware of of how strong different pigments are – they all have their own personalities!
