Hello everyone – I’m back after an end of year break. It’s so good to get back to sketching & drawing again, I havent attempted any paintings yet, but will get to doing something soon. In the meantime I’ve posted a few sketches using different materials, ( at least I hope I have). I’ve so enjoyed using as many different media that I can scrounge & borrow & buy….& fascinating to see how each opens up something very different in how I capture a moment. Charcoal & eraser, inktense sticks, watercolour, and acrylics & acrylic inks. It’ll be interesting to play more with each of these & mix them all up

Your comment thanks Louise – its good to be here again!
Welcome back Karen! Definitely a good idea to experiment with different media and materials, they all work in different ways as you’ve found. I like the panoramic format here and the brooding skies
